Technical Specifications

The welded base frame accepts 4-bolt or 8-bolt anchorage patterns, and the saddle clamp halves are pre-drilled for quick assembly around existing pipes. Insulation shields from 30 mm to 200 mm thick can be incorporated without changing the support geometry. For lines with significant axial movement, spring cans or constant hangers can be mounted on the same base plate, reducing the need for separate support points. Standard documentation includes material test certificates per EN 10204 3.1, weld procedure specifications, and load test reports. Custom paint systems, stainless steel fasteners, and pre-assembled insulation clamps are available on request.
