Constant Spring Support for Pipeline is a base-type constant force support device specially designed for bottom support of pipelines, suitable for working conditions where there is no lifting space above the pipeline and support from the foundation or platform upward is required.
Different from hanger types, the constant force spring support is directly placed on steel beams, concrete foundations or supporting steel structures, and connected to the bottom of the pipeline through the base. Throughout the entire process of vertical thermal displacement of the pipeline, it always outputs stable supporting force with the load change rate controlled within ±5%, fundamentally eliminating additional stress caused by thermal displacement.
