Each variable spring support is fitted with a travel scale, load indicator, and upper and lower stop plates. Threaded rod connections at the top and bottom allow for simple vertical adjustment during installation, and load settings can be verified on site against the nameplate data.

Can a variable spring hanger be installed in any orientation?

No. Variable spring hangers are designed for vertical movement and must be installed with the spring axis vertical.
