Leveraging the elastic properties of springs, Industrial Spring Hanger maintains a constant supporting force when pipelines produce vertical displacement. When pipelines expand or contract due to temperature changes, the springs stretch and compress accordingly. This ensures pipeline loads are evenly transmitted to building structures, preventing pipe rupture and equipment damage resulting from stress concentration caused by rigid constraints. Meanwhile, the damping effect of springs effectively absorbs vibration generated by pumps, compressors and other equipment, and reduces noise transmission.
