The Petrochemical Variable Spring Support is an elastic pipeline support product designed exclusively for petrochemical plants. It absorbs vertical displacement caused by pipeline thermal expansion and contraction through the elastic deformation of springs, while uniformly transmitting pipeline loads to civil structures.

Based on the corrosion grade and temperature requirements of different working conditions, we have established a graded material system for Petrochemical Variable Spring Supports to avoid over-engineering or insufficient performance:
▶ Basic Grade: Q345B housing + 60Si2MnA spring, suitable for normal temperature utility pipelines without strong corrosion
▶ Advanced Grade: 304 stainless steel housing + 50CrVA spring with hot-dip galvanizing treatment, suitable for medium corrosion and process pipelines below 300℃
▶ Special Grade: 316L / Hastelloy housing + nickel-based high-temperature alloy spring, suitable for strong corrosion, 550℃ high temperature or -196℃ low temperature conditions
All products adopt standardized CNC production processes, with 100% traceability for core procedures:
▶ Spring Coiling: Using German imported CNC spring machines, spring pitch and diameter errors are controlled within 0.1mm
▶ Heat Treatment: Adopting vacuum quenching + three tempering processes to completely eliminate spring internal stress, improving fatigue resistance by 60%
▶ Welding: Using argon arc welding, with 100% penetrant testing on welds to ensure no porosity, cracks or other defects
▶ Surface Treatment: Three processes of sandblasting derusting + epoxy zinc-rich primer + fluorocarbon topcoat, with total coating thickness ≥120μm
