Through multi-disc spring combination and precision mechanical design, it ensures that the pipeline always obtains uniform support during thermal displacement, fundamentally eliminating the risk of stress concentration.
Optimally designed for high-load pipeline systems, the load-bearing frame adopts Q345B high-strength structural steel, and the spring cylinder is formed by integral spinning, eliminating hidden dangers of circumferential welds. The product can withstand a maximum load of 1000kN, meeting the support needs of heavy-load pipelines in large power stations, refining units and other facilities.
