If the supporting force changes with displacement, it will lead to pipeline stress concentration and threaten the safe operation of the system. Our High Load Constant Spring Hanger is designed based on the principle of moment equilibrium. It can continuously output stable supporting force throughout the entire stroke of pipeline vertical displacement, effectively avoiding damage to pipelines and connected equipment caused by additional stress.

Load‑displacement curve obtained from the type test of a constant spring support/hanger. The horizontal axis stands for displacement while the vertical axis represents load. The curve stays approximately horizontal across the full working travel, demonstrating that the supporting force remains essentially constant when piping deflects due to thermal expansion and contraction.

This type test verifies load constancy, full‑travel stability and operational reliability of constant spring units. All production units are subject to load calibration prior to shipment, with load deviation controlled within ±6% in accordance with ANSI/MSS‑SP‑58‑2018 and NB/T47038‑2013.

These products are applicable to industrial piping systems with large thermal displacement, including main‑steam pipelines and other high‑temperature & high‑pressure piping.

The High Load Constant Spring Hanger adopts a collaborative design of double-arm lever mechanism and spiral spring assembly, realizing constant force output based on the mechanical principle of moment equilibrium:

Every Product Is Fully Tested In-House Before Shipment

Before dispatch, each product goes through a complete in-house testing program. This program covers dimensional and visual inspection, PMI (Positive Material Identification), hardness testing, MT/PT non-destructive testing where applicable, spring load testing with load-displacement curves, and coating thickness measurement. Factory Test Reports (FTR) and Material Test Reports (MTR) are supplied with the shipment.

If third-party witnessed testing or laboratory testing is required, it can be arranged separately as an optional service.
