Elbow pressure balanced expansion joint is installed at pipe elbow. It can absorb axial and lateral displacement and balance internal pressure thrust by tie rods and balancing bellows. No heavy main anchors required, protecting pumps, turbines and compressors from pressure thrust. Custom sizes and high-grade materials are available for high temperature and high pressure working conditions.

Straight pipe pressure balanced expansion joint is specially designed for long straight pipelines. It can completely balance internal pressure thrust, absorb axial displacement, and protect pipeline equipment without heavy fixed anchors. Custom sizes and high-grade materials are available for high temperature and high pressure working conditions.

The Gimbal Expansion Joint (Universal Hinged / Universal Tied Type) absorbs multi-plane angular movement while restraining pressure thrust. Its tied version, similar to a Tied Universal Expansion Joint, also handles lateral movement, making it ideal for complex high-temperature piping systems.

Hinged Expansion Joint (Single Gimbal / Angular Type) allows single-plane angular rotation while its hinge assembly restrains pressure thrust. Used in pairs for L- or Z-shaped piping, it suits high-temperature ducts and pipelines. Unlike a Tied Universal Expansion Joint, it cannot absorb lateral movement.

The Double-bellows Expansion Joint uses twin stainless steel bellows, an intermediate pipe and load-bearing rods to absorb lateral and limited angular movement while restraining pressure thrust. Available in DN50–DN6000, PN0.25–PN25 and -196°C to 450°C; it cannot absorb axial displacement.

The Single-bellows Expansion Joint absorbs axial thermal expansion in straight piping. Made with stainless steel bellows and welded or flanged ends, it supports DN25–DN6000, PN0.25–PN16 and -196°C to 450°C service. Fixed and guide supports are required for safe operation.
