Load-Displacement Mechanism: Available in two configurations: variable spring hangers/supports and constant force spring hangers/supports. Variable spring units carry load with linear stiffness, while constant force units deliver nearly constant supporting force throughout the entire working stroke, with deviation controlled within 5%, eliminating additional stress in pipelines caused by fluctuating support forces.


Material & Temperature Compatibility: Spring elements are manufactured from alloy spring steels including 60Si2Mn and 50CrVA. Structural components can be fabricated from carbon steel, heat-resistant alloy steel or stainless steel. The overall allowable operating temperature range covers -196°C to +650°C, matching all pipeline requirements from low-temperature feedwater to high-temperature main steam.
